Pour relever ces défis et accompagner ses équipes digitales industrielles, le site d'Etaples-sur-Mer recrute un(e) alternant(e) assistant-ingénieur(e) du Digital Manager de PEM (groupe de produits des moteurs électriques (23 sites)).
Au sein du service digital de PEM, vous serez en relation avec les équipes digitales mondiales des 23 sites.
Rattaché au service digital de PEM, vous travaillerez au sein dune équipe composée de 6 data scientists et de 3 stagiaires.
Vos challenges :
Missions :
*Créer et animer la communauté digitale avec un site (smart workplace de PEM) (minimum personnes connectées).
* Assister les 6 data-scientists à créer leurs modules et à organiser des sessions mondiales à travers lécole code et no-code et gérer le parcours de formation créé dans une base ad-hoc MyLearning.
* Proposer et bâtir un outil mondial de dashboarding sur les indicateurs clefs digitaux, et lanimer sur 2 ans.
* Compiler les plans dactions des sites dans un buffer et en assurer sa gestion.
* Evaluer des start-ups et assurer une veille technologique digitale (benchmarking).
Parlons de vous :
* Autonomie
* Savoir-être : être capable de parler couramment anglais avec 20 pays différents en conf calls et au téléphone et dêtre à lécoute.
* Connaissance appréciée des outils de dashboarding (google locker ou autre) et expérience conseillée de réalisation dun site ou dune application (quel que soit le langage utilisé).
* Appétence pour linnovation digitale : intelligence artificielle, drone, data science, algorithmes, computer vision, robots, maintenance prédictive, IO/T, capteurs, informatique, cybersécurité, etc
* Connaissance minimale des outils du lean manufacturing. Connaître le 6 Sigma est un plus.
* Qualités danimation exceptionnelles recherchées : ce stage est ouvert aux codeurs et non-codeurs. Lobjectif est de déployer une stratégie mondiale digitale auprès de nos sites, ce qui signifie de savoir mettre en œuvre des outils concrets de pilotage mondiaux.
* Profil technique obligatoire avec une capacité naturelle à fédérer.
