At Altrad Babcock, our Major Projects division is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Welding Supervisor to join our team in Renfrew. The Welding Supervisor oversees the welding operations in a construction environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that all welding activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The Welding Supervisor coordinates the work of welding teams, provides technical guidance, and ensures efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.
As our new Welding Supervisor, you will create work schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to meet production targets. You will ensure welds meet quality standards by interpreting engineering drawings and inspecting finished products.
You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and be CSWIP qualified.
