Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) site manager en alternance pour une durée de 12 mois basé(e) à Vitry-sur-Seine (94).
Rattaché(e) au Contract Manager, votre challenge sera de gérer l'ensemble des services offerts à notre client.
Vos missions :
MANAGÉRIAL :
Seconder le Contract Manager en charge d'un contrat de Facility Management sur plusieurs sites en région. Être présent(e) auprès des sites managers pour manager et accompagner une équipe. Participer aux contrôles des prestations délivrées et mise en place de plans d'action en fonction des éventuels dysfonctionnements. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives afin de respecter les obligations légales, réglementaires ou contractuelles.TECHNIQUE :
Participer à la mise en application d'un outil de pilotage des prestations (Salesforce - ONE ATALIAN). Assurer le suivi des plannings d'intervention sur les différents métiers. Assurer le reporting des KPI / plan d'action / contrôles qualités.FINANCIER :
Gérer la facturation Élaborer des devis Analyser la rentabilité des chantiers et mettre en place des plans dactions
Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaires dun BAC+3, vous allez intégrer un Master MIPI (ou équivalent) à la rentrée 2024.
Esprit d'équipe, motivé.e et orienté.e résultats, avec un bon savoir-être et la capacité de communiquer à tous les niveaux, attitude volontaire.
La maitrise du pack office est requise.
