Au sein de notre département R&D, vous avez pour objectif d’assurer le test des évolutions des logiciels Exotec
- Vous managez notre équipe de testeur logiciels
- Vous jouez un rôle actif dans le recrutement, l’intégration et la montée en compétences des membres de votre équipe
- En accord avec les Chefs de Projet R&D et les Ingénieurs Système (équivalent Product Owner), vous définissez la stratégie de test des nouvelles fonctionnalités logiciels ainsi que les correctifs
- Vous définissez les outils et les méthodes afin de maximiser les tests effectués
- Vous capitalisez sur les tests afin de compléter les tests de non-régression
- Vous garantissez la mise à jour des outils et documentations relatifs aux évolutions logicielles
- Vous contribuez activement à l'amélioration des process et des outils de test logiciel
Requirements
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation en informatique
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des environnements IT
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans le management d’une équipe de test logiciel
- Vous maitrisez Git et vous êtes familier des process et outils d’intégration continue
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en processus de développement et de mise en production de logiciels
- Une expérience antérieure en test logiciel
- Autonome, vous avez un excellent sens de l'initiative et de l'organisation
- Vous avez un niveau d’anglais opérationnel
