Intellectual property management apprentice

Job Description:
We are seeking our future Intellectual Property Management Apprentice (M/F) to join our SHAP’IN technocenter located in Bouguenais (44).

As an aircraft manufacturer, industrial partner, and provider of industrial and logistical services, Daher has been dedicated to innovation since its inception, designing and developing value-added solutions for its aeronautical and industrial clients and partners.

Under the guidance of the Intellectual Property Manager, you will be involved in structuring and managing patent monitoring on Daher's strategic products and manufacturing processes, providing the necessary visibility to technical teams.

Your missions :
• Identifying patent monitoring needs
• Establishing patent monitoring
• Conducting state-of-the-art research on targeted subjects (patent filings, market analysis, procurement of means/products)
• Ensuring the protection of proprietary solutions
• Participating in research cooperation agreement negotiations.

Your profile:
A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, you have a strong interest in project management, analytical skills, and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
