The Opportunity
Notre équipe, spécialisée en IP/IT, TMT et données personnelles, intervient sur des opérations de premier plan pour des clients français et internationaux.
Notre équipe répond aux attentes des clients dans un contexte d'évolution sans précédent des lois et règlements européens dans le domaine numérique et des bouleversements technologiques en cours ayant un fort impact sur tous les secteurs économiques et industriels.
Nos clients sont issus de secteurs d’activité très variés incluant les nouvelles technologies, l'Internet, les plateformes numériques, l'informatique, les laboratoires pharmaceutiques, l’industrie et le luxe.
Le poste
Nous recherchons un stagiaire spécialisé en IP/IT/Data pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Dans le cadre de ce stage très formateur, vous serez pleinement impliqué(e) dans les dossiers et la vie de l’équipe. Vous vous verrez confier des tâches variées allant des recherches à la rédaction de documents juridiques.
Titulaire d'un troisième cycle en droit du numérique, en propriété intellectuelle, droit des affaires ou droit privé général, vous devez disposer d’un excellent niveau d’anglais et évoluerez dans un contexte international.
Les candidats disposant d’une expérience en droit du numérique, du CRFPA, d’une grande école, d’un LL.M ou autre diplôme d’une université étrangère ou d’une expérience significative à l'étranger seront valorisés.
