Missions
As an Analyst, Senior Consultant, or Manager in our Working Capital team, you will advise our clients in understanding and optimizing their Working Capital management by implementing or improving a cash culture through, among others, their governance, financial and operational processes, dashboard and KPIs, information systems and data.
You will work on a variety of assignments, such as:
Cash and working capital diagnosis :
-Processes analysis on the 3 trade working capital cycles: OTC (order-to-cash), PTP (purchase-to-pay) and FTF (forecast-to-fulfill), and non-trade working capital.
-Identification and quantification of short and medium term issues,
-Definition of quick-wins and proposition of action plans
-Implementation support
Forecasting and securing flows :
-Cash forecast model adapted to client’s needs,
-Led “cash-sprint” operation (act as PMO, defining targets and priorities)
Cash or Working Capital plan :
-Set-up and deploy sustainable cash plan,
-Manage the program,
-Set-up indicators and dashboards/tools
-Spread cash culture (training),
Profil recherchéAn eager personality with an appetite for knowledge is the first and most important requirement for this position. In addition, we expect our candidate to have:
As a graduate of a top engineering, business or university school, you have professional experience in the consulting sector and/or a corporate experience related with working capital.
You have recognized interpersonal and analytical skills, are agile, curious, dynamic and a real team player.
You are eager to learn, a digital native and thrive in a fast and ambitious environment.
You are comfortable communicating with C-level executives and high-level stakeholders in English and French.
You have a background in accounting, and you are familiar with cash and working capital related accounts (clients, suppliers, stock).
You are familiar with Microsoft Excel, a knowledge of Power Query or Power BI (or other data visualization tool) will be appreciated.
A previous experience with Working Capital (as for example: indirect cash forecast, inventory management, accrued income monitoring, factoring program) related topic is highly appreciated.
