Avec 1 100 salariés, le site d’Alstom à La Rochelle est l’un des 12 sites industriels d’Alstom en France. Il est le centre d’excellence mondial pour la conception et la fabrication des Trains à Très Grande Vitesse et des tramways Citadis.
Au sein de l'équipe de développement des projets train très grande vitesse, ou celle des tramways, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des livrables de la filière électrique pour l'engineering et vous gérerez fonctionnellement les équipes multi-métiers : schématique, appareillage et intégration mécanique.
Vous serez rattaché hiérarchiquement au Responsable Métier Train Electrical du site de La Rochelle.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
En phase d'offre :
- Vous définirez les principes d'architecture et orienterez les choix d'architecture
- Vous contribuerez à l'analyse des requis client
- Vous analyserez le « carry-over » : ce qui peut être et doit être reconduit
- Vous aurez la responsabilité du chiffrage de l'offre pour le scope électrique (frais fixe) et l'élaboration de la charge associée
En phase de développement :
- Vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des livrables de la filière électrique engineering (planning, coût, délai) : schéma de principe, synoptique, notes de calcul, spécifications d'équipements électrique....
- Vous encadrerez fonctionnellement l'équipe de développement électrique
- Vous définirez les différentes configurations électriques, en lien avec le planning projet et assurerez leur cohérence en termes de contenu
- Vous dirigerez les revues de conception et les revues de livrables
- Vous serez l'interlocuteur principal vis-à-vis des équipes de développement projet : les sous-système managers, le centre de développement électrique basé à Toulouse, les responsables Train System, Train Control, Industrialisation....
Pour le métier :
- Vous supporterez, en autres, les démarches d'amélioration continue du Métier Train Electrical
Profil :
De formation ingénieur en génie électrique
Vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'architecture électrique dans un milieu industriel
Vous avez une expérience d'encadrement fonctionnel multi métiers
Vous avez des connaissances dans les systèmes électriques, les processus d'industrialisations et de fabrication de harnais
L'anglais parlé et écrit est obligatoire
