We are looking for a Strategy Corporate Consultant to join our team

Our Seating team is looking for a Strategy Corporate Consultant Intern for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

As a world leader in automotive seating, together with 42, employees and 77 sites we provide innovative solutions to optimize the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of occupants and eco-designed for customization and premium quality.

We are looking for a passionate individual with a proactive attitude and desire to develop its skills as a Strategy consultant, while being part of the stimulating environment of a leading corporate company: working directly with leaders of all fields of the company (Finance, Sales, R&D, Operations, Purchasing, Legal, etc.)

You will be reporting directly to the Strategy Director of Seating, working in a team with background in top strategy consulting firms and corporate experience in many fields.

Your missions

Main responsibilities

Strategy plan : You will work on the strategic plan of the Seating Business Group, mainly focus on delivering the key analysis to support growth strategies, studies of new / evolution of markets, positioning of the different product lines, etc. Partnerships : As an innovation and market leader, the Seating Business Group is looking to develop technology and business partnership with other leaders. You will work on identifying potential partners, evaluating them, and defining the business models of collaborations. M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and JV (Joint Venture) Management: Participate and deliver strategic analysis in due diligence assignments (seller or buyer positions), and manage strategic initiatives with our current portfolio of JVs.

What if it were you?

You are from a leading business and/or engineering school or a major international university. You have at least one internship experience in consulting or in a corporate function (Strategy, Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.) You have analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex issues You can utilize the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Having knowledge in more advanced analytics & BI tools such as PowerBI, Palantir or other is a plus. You are good at multi-tasking and balancing time effectively, keeping a rapid pace without sacrificing quality. You are curious, enthusiastic, autonomous and enjoy a challenge. You have excellent interpersonal skills, and your energy, charisma, creativity and team spirit will enable you to contribute to improve our performance over the long term and to integrate into our teams. You have good writing skills and fluency in English and speaking French is plus.
