RESPONSIBILITIES
Intégré(e) à l’équipe Supply Chain France et rattaché(e) au Customer Collaboration Manager, vous contribuerez à développer la collaboration logistique afin d’améliorer la satisfaction de nos clients.
Voici des exemples de missions que vous aurez à réaliser :
- Suivi de la performance : taux de service, niveaux de stocks, pénalités logistiques...
- Analyse des indicateurs permettant la mise en œuvre d’actions correctives
- Participation à des revues avec nos clients stratégiques
- Démarche d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser les méthodes ou processus logistiques
- Animation de projets avec toutes les parties prenantes : service commercial, demand planning, customer service, équipes logistiques de l’entrepôt...
En prenant part à ces missions challengeantes et stratégiques, vous aurez un impact concret, en temps réel.
Vous partagerez des interactions très diversifiées et une vision globale du flux produit : les missions se font en relation étroite avec les équipes marketing, trade marketing, commerciales, mais aussi avec les différents acteurs de la supply chain globale (planning central, entrepôt…), et avec le reste de l’équipe Supply Chain française (service client, demand planning..).
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
- Vous préparez une formation bac +5 en supply chain, idéalement en école d’ingénieur
- Vous recherchez un une alternance (éventuellement un stage) à partir de septembre 2024
- Vous possédez un bon relationnel pour interagir en interne et en externe
- Vous avez des capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problème
- Vous maitrisez Excel et êtes à l'aise pour prendre en main les systèmes d’information (ex : SAP)
- Votre niveau d’anglais est opérationnel à l’oral et à l’écrit
