EVP MED / SBU MED Construction / Project Management France
The construction department is in charge of all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed – and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with the logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team has to keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures our structured safety and quality standards are met. It also works closely with the sales and legal departments to ensure each wind farm delivers the highest energy yield within the client’s specification. 

Responsibilities

Working under responsibility of Project Manager and reporting to Project Manager and lead manager: Assist the project manager in preparation, following and administrative tasks for project execution Transversal support on tasks to Project Managers team Support the project manager in: Supervise the delivery, construction and commissioning of wind farm projects within budget and time constraints and adhering to quality and contractual obligations Supervise work carried out by subcontractors and project management Ensure compliance and contract service levels are met at all stages Carry out cost control procedures and interpret budgetary changes Assist the senior project manager in planning project schedules Develop customer relationships and arrange regular meetings to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures are followed

  Qualification

A master’s degree or similar level qualification in engineering. Knowledge of IT and software packages, Power BE knowledge appreciated. Good written and oral skills in English and French.

 C ompetencies

Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Good team spirit and collaboration skills. Good commitment to a safe working environment. National mobility and availability to travel, possible international travel.
