Within our Sephora Global Marketing team, the Brand Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development of strategic partnerships with key beauty brands, orchestrating innovative marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with merchants and regional marketing teams. This role will be pivotal in implementing new ways of working internally to drive brand visibility worldwide while helping brands to drive scale faster and better. By leading cross-functional teams in different regions, setting up a new organization and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the job holder will play a central role in shaping the global brand marketing strategy of Sephora, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and achieving measurable results in brand growth and market presence.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Identify and cultivate relationships with key beauty brands to establish strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to develop tailored partnership proposals.
