As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Dailymotion, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and acquiring top talent for our company. You will work within our HR team to support the full cycle of talent acquisition (for example : brief with the hiring manager, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews,...).
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition while contributing to the growth and success of Dailymotion.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Attraction: Use various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, assist in conducting phone screenings, assessment of candidate qualifications. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the other interviewers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Candidate Assessment: Assist in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit and providing feedback to the hiring team. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance Dailymotion's reputation and attract top talent. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy regulations. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into the company. Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs, provide guidance, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English languages. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong analytical skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.-
