Votre rôle dans ce projet :
Rattaché aux équipes projets d’Expleo, vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) face à nos clients et vous êtes en support sur la réalisation de leurs projets.
Vous travaillerez sur un projet d’alternateurs et machines électriques sur un programme de sous-marin
Au quotidien ?
Véritable interface entre les différents pôles d’un grand donneur d’ordre de l’armement, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Assurer la coordination des activités sur les projets attitrés visant à l’atteinte des objectifs de livraison et de qualité (suivi actions/risques, indicateurs) Animer et coordonner le planning lors de réunions Analyser les écarts et proposer des plans d’actions Planifier sous MSP : création et mise à jour Animer le reporting en pilotant les différents indicateurs et KPI's permettant d’évaluer la performance et le suivi du projet, préparer COPIL / compte-renduQui êtes-vous ?
De formation ingénieur ou Bac+5, vous avez une première expérience d'un an en planification, et idéalement en management de projet ou gestion de projet dans un environnement industriel.
Vos qualités ?
Vous êtes volontaire, moteur, proactif et vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel.
Votre envie d’apprendre et votre curiosité seront des atouts complémentaires à votre candidature
Vos compétences ?
De bonnes compétences en planification sont souhaitées.
La maitrise de différentes méthodologies et d’outils de gestion de projet est un plus (MS Project, Planisware, Primavera).
