YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This internship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb Global HQ from July 2024.
To thrive in your missions, you will be supported by a Brand Manager :
You will assist the International Team of your brand on the brand strategy building You will be in responsible for following the countries monthly sales & action plans You will collect the countries best practices and formulate adequate recommendations You will manage transversal projects, working with different countries and internal stakeholders (Communication, Digital, Packaging, Research & Development, Innovation,Along with a Brand Manager, you will either be working on:
The Equity part of the brand : based on the brand positioning, you will develop Media campaign assets, re-design packaging visual identity, coordinate the partnerships and cultural calendar of the brand with the internal Digital / Influence experts. You will mostly be interacting with Creative and Media agencies. Or the Innovation part of the brand: based on a portfolio architecture, you will help renovating existing core products or contribute to crafting brand new products solving a consumer need or tension on the market, in a profitable way and accordingly to Danone’s One Planet One Health commitments. You will mostly be interacting with cross-functional team (supply, finance, procurement, Research & Development, Insights…).THE BONUS OF THIS INTERNSHIP:
You will evolve on diverse and enriching missions working for Danone’s renown brands You will have a lot of autonomy and responsibilities on your job A gross salary starting from 1300€ (Bac+4) to 1500€ (Bac+5) gross/month Home office up to 2 days/week 100% of the navigo pass reimbursed
About You
You are a champion:
Available from July for a duration of 6 months A student with a 4-to-5-year study level coming from a management, engineering, or university background A previous experience in marketing is a plus Rigorous, with a strong analytical mindset and business & consumer sensitivity Curious, open-minded and proactive Do you speak english ? TON PLANNING D’ENTRAINEMENT CHEZ DANONE :
Ce stage se déroulera à Paris 9ème, dans notre siège social international à partir du mois de Juillet 2024.
Ton super coach, Global Brand Manager, t’accompagnera pour franchir la ligne d’arrivée :
Vous assisterez l'équipe internationale de la marque à laquelle vous êtes rattaché dans l'élaboration de la stratégie de la marque globale
Vous serez responsable du suivi des ventes mensuelles et des plans d'action des pays
Vous recueillerez les meilleures pratiques des pays et formulerez des recommandations adéquates
Vous gérerez des projets transversaux, en travaillant avec différents pays et parties prenantes internes (Communication, Digital, Packaging, Recherche & Développement, Innovation,
Sous la responsabilité d'un Global Brand Manager, vous travaillerez sur l'une des deux missions :
La partie Equity de la marque à laquelle vous êtes rattaché : sur la base du positionnement de la marque, vous participerez au développement des campagnes média, redessinerez l'identité visuelle du packaging, coordonnerez les partenariats et le calendrier culturel de la marque avec les experts internes Digital / Influence. Vous interagirez principalement avec des agences créatives et média. Ou la partie Innovation de la marque à laquelle vous êtes rattaché : vous aiderez à rénover les produits de base existants du portefeuille de la marque, ou contribuerez à la création de nouveaux produits répondant à un besoin des consommateurs ou à une tension sur le marché, de manière rentable et conformément aux engagements One Planet One Health de Danone. Vous interagirez principalement avec des équipes transversales (approvisionnement, finance, achats, Recherche & Développement, .LES + DE CETTE ALTERNANCE / CE STAGE :
Tu travailleras pour des marques mondiales, reconnues et présentes dans de nombreux pays Tu auras une forte autonomie dans tes missions Tu recevras une gratification allant de 1300€ (Bac+4 et césure) à 1500€ (Bac+5) brut/mois. Le remboursement à 100% du pass navigo Jusqu’à 2 jours/sem de télétravail
About You
Tu es un champion :
Disponible à partir de juillet pour une durée de 6 mois
De niveau Bac+4/5 en université, école de commerce ou ingénieur
Une précédente experience en marketing est un plusDe nature curieuse, tu fait preuve de proactivité
Tu fait preuve de capacités analytiques, de rigueur, avec une sensibilité business et consommateur.
La maitrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce stage
