Global Indirect Sourcing Finance Senior Controller 

Under the direct hierarchical responsibility of the Global Indirect Sourcing Finance Director, act as a Business Partner:

Contribute to the economic performance of Global Indirect Sourcing by advising the Global Indirect Sourcing Director Provide full financial support to the Global Indirect Sourcing Team Supervise and lead the processes of drafting the Plan, Budget and Trends for the scope Take all initiatives required to bring about the economic optimization of his/her scope. Implement processes, Group systems, and procedures to ensure the coherence, relevance and reliability of management information flows and financial flows in line with the Group's Standards. Ensure compliance with management, accounting, and economic rules & regulations and contribute to the respect and improvement of internal control practices - with a special focus on supplier financial risk identification

- Act as a Business Partner

Provide analytical support & economic expertise in developing and implementing sourcing strategies and plans for the Global Indirect Sourcing Team Support the delivery of all relevant financial objectives in compliance with the Group guidelines Develop a close relationship with the key business stakeholders & colleagues to anticipate risks and opportunities so to optimize the spend & the project performance Participate in building the business plans of all main Global Indirect Sourcing Projects Develop ROI / Value Creation visibility for the scope

- Drive and Control the Indirect Sourcing Spend, Economic Project Performance & Cost Drivers monitoring

At a Global Indirect Sourcing level:

Consolidate and communicate to Management the Global quarterly reports (Budget, Trends, Actuals…) of the related activity in a timely manner  Analyze the gaps, check data consistency, challenge results, identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions if needed Contribute to the continuous improvement & data quality maintenance of the sourcing/financial applications & systems to keep developing the teams Efficiency and Simplicity Ensure consistency and integrity of all the data reported to internal stakeholders & align on financial targets and actual results between Sourcing and the Business/Finance Follow-up the financial impacts of the Global key initiatives / projects and evaluate results Partner with Sourcing team to monitor, consolidate and report Cost Drivers analysis When applicable, calculate & monitor other key performance indicators in coordination with the sourcing teams

- “Guardian” of internal control and compliance 

Ensure compliance with management, accounting, and economic rules & regulations Contribute to the respect and improvement of internal control practices - with a special focus on supplier financial risk identification Contribute to definition of Global financial methodologies and norms  Follow-up and contribute to the implementation of internal audit & internal control action plans
