Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by engaging Independent Software Vendor accounts? Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish AWS as a key technology platform provider and partner?
As ISV Senior Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of ISV, responsible for a select number of key engaged accounts that generate a significant amount of revenue, typically complex in organizational structure and may operating across multiple geographies.
Your responsibility will be: • increase the market penetration of AWS into the ISV engaged accounts in France and support their business growth with different programs. • teaming with the customer’s board, IT, digital and cloud leaders to build strategic relationships. Articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm, while impacting all business groups. Responsible for working at the most strategic level within the customer and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer adoption, acceptance and service implementation. • working with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Solution Architects, Business Development, and Marketing, Partners, Support, Service teams and Professional Services) to support customer interests, accelerate ISV SaaS modernizations and migrations, deliver revenues growth. •Builds credibility with, earns the trust of, and influences C-level client contacts and internal stakeholders. Sets the standard for quality and impact of written documentation at AWS. Manage forecast and business accuracy.

The ideal location for the role is Milan.

The ideal candidate will possess both an account management and technology background that enables them to drive an engagement at the executive level as well as with software engineers and IT architects. They are experienced in selling AWS services and in negotiating critical relationships and agreements with customers or other external partners at the higher levels. ldeal candidate should also be a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, develop and execute against a account business plan and consistently deliver results. ·

Key job responsibilities
· Drive business growth and accelerate customer AWS services adoption
· Negotiate critical relationships and agreements with customers
· Forecast accuracy
. Define your Business Plan and and execute against it, meet or exceed your quarterly targets
· Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and Amazon
· Work with extended team and partners to extend reach & drive adoption of the ISV business
· Support the team leading cross-territory initiatives to increase our sales effectiveness and scale
· Ensure customer satisfaction

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- Relevant experience of AWS technology sales and business development
- Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Marketing,Partner, and ISVs)
- Demonstrable achievement of targets paralleled with continuous advancement in career
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Italian
- Used to take the right decisions in complex and ambiguous scenarios

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Direct field experience in working with ISVs
- Profound insights into the Italian ISV ecosystem, main market stakeholder and trends
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology or technical services deals
- AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect Associate certification
