Job description

We currently have an opportunity for a FM Coordinator working in our Dyce, Aberdeen office.

Key Duties:

Compile, weekly, monthly progress reports for the Activity Integration Lead and OIMCoordinate the development of Fabric Maintenance work scopes, working with the Integrity Engineers and Integrity management contractor for the purposes of budget planning and ensure this is fully aligned with the MTAPClosely liaise with external organisations and PFP Consultants to ensure external inspection programme results develop into structured and optimised maintenance programmesDevelop and own long and short-term plans for Asset facilities for the ongoing delivery of coatings FM, PFP and CUI scopesIncorporate all scopes into Asset Activity Plans by consistent attendance at planning meetings ensuring all Maximo information and IMS contractor scheduling information is reviewed ahead of the meetingsLiaise with Contractors and specialist Vendors to ensure their planning, logistics and mobilisation of personnel / plant is in accordance with agreed plansWork with fabric maintenance contractor to develop and deliver detailed work packs for all planned coatings FM, PFP and CUI activities. PFP scope is to include maintenance of pipe and module fire barrier penetration seals, and both spray applied and partition systemsParticipate in Risk Based Inspection reviews of facility, pipe work and vessels as the basis of developing detailed and phased work scopes and annual programmesPrimary interface between the JV and the Fabric maintenance contractors for the AssetDriving and controlling the Asset FM scope implementation and inspection teamsDriving closeout report activitiesActively plans to conduct QA/ QC checks to offshoreIdentify emerging work with Integrity Engineers and agree schedule with the Asset Operations ManagerAccountable for liaising with Integrity Engineers to update and provide annual look ahead plans and budgetsProvide regular briefings to site Field Engineers and Services Team Lead to ensure smooth implementation of work offshoreProvide proactive and visible HSE&A leadershipPromote and encourage team safety performance through site visits and ASA toursParticipate in RCA’s of any reportable integrity failure where there may be a link to inadequate Fabric Maintenance schedulingFully support the JV Ageing Asset Life Extension (AALE) initiative ensuring all AALE inspection activities are coordinated for the Asset

Job Description

Education Attainment & Accreditation

Ideally HND (or vocational) qualified in Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similarIdeally Qualified Paint Inspector

Professional Skills & Experience

Significant experience in delivery of high value FM, CUI and PFP programmes on offshore installations within the Oil and Gas industrySignificant experience within the offshore Oil & Gas industry understanding the relationship of Fabric Maintenance to maintaining pressure systems, pipelines and structural integrity assuranceNACE CiP Level 1, ICORR insulation and PFP level 2 or trade equivalentCommitted to personal safety and role in meeting business objectivesProficient working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
