Description du poste

Encadré(e) par des consultants expérimentés, vous aidez les directions métiers de nos clients sur des missions de stratégie opérationnelle et des missions de conseil en management (organisation, processus, systèmes d’information, ressources humaines/conduite du changement...) en répondant aux problématiques suivantes :

  • Transformation des organisations : audit des organisations, schéma directeur métier, refonte des processus, des organisations et de la gouvernance,
  • Evolution réglementaire : étude des textes réglementaires et analyse d’impacts, mise en conformité des organisations et des processus,
  • Gestion de projets : cadrage, assistance à maitrise d’ouvrage, pilotage de projet (PMO), accompagnement au changement,
  • Marketing et relation client : études de marché, segmentation client, conception d’offres et de services (marketing mix, business plan…), CRM et connaissance client, stratégie digitale et multicanale,
  • Stratégies de croissance et de performance : études prospectives, diversification d’activités, modélisation financière,
  • Management des Systèmes d’Information : schémas directeurs SI, études d'opportunité et de faisabilité (« business case »), benchmark et choix de solutions, accompagnement dans la mise en œuvre.

Dans le cadre des activités internes du cabinet, votre participation s’articule autour des axes suivants:

  • Le développement ou le renforcement de nos offres au travers de formations, de groupes de travail, de diffusion de support internes et externes,
  • La politique de publication (blogs sectoriels, études, parution presse...),
  • Le développement commercial en contribuant à la définition des besoins et en participant aux actions commerciales.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d’une grande école d’ingénieur ou d’une grande école de commerce, vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience réussie dans le conseil ou dans le secteur de l’énergie (stage ou 1er emploi).

Vous êtes doté(e) d’une capacité à travailler en équipe, d’une ouverture d’esprit, d’un sens de l’analyse et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l’excellence, l’entrepreneuriat, l’innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance, l’équilibre vie personnelle / vie professionnelle.

Français, anglais professionnel courant indispensable.
