Dans le cadre d’un projet de redynamisation de l’amélioration continue du site de Lestrem et de l’amélioration de la performances de nos usines, nous recherchons un(e) Alternant(e) – Ingénieur Amélioration Continue au sein du département Global Manufacturing Excellence basé à Lestrem.
Le poste et les missions :
Encadré par le Global Excellence Manager, formé par une équipe de 6 personnes de Global Excellence Leader et en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles de sites du groupe (Principalement Lestrem ; ) , vous aurez pour mission :
- Participer à la mise en place des routines de management de la performance sur le site de Lestrem
-Travailler en collaboration avec les opérationnels (notamment agents de maîtrise et opérateurs de fabrication) afin d’initier des démarches de type Amélioration Continue
- Participer/effectuer des analyses issues des résolutions de problèmes initiées avec les équipes (5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa, 5M…)
- Suivre les plans d’actions nécessaires aux améliorations priorisées
- Former et accompagner les équipes de productions aux outils d’amélioration continue
- Pérenniser les résultats dans la durée à l’aide d’ assessments.
Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ?
Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques / pack office.
La pratique de l’anglais est un plus (B1, B2)
Doté de réelles capacités d’écoute, de rigueur et dynamisme, vous êtes motivés pour relever des challenges humains proche du terrain et de l’opérationnel en équipe.
Votre aptitude à être autonome sera un plus pour mener à bien cette mission.
Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d’un environnement industriel, favorisant les initiatives et le travail d’équipe.
Mais aussi :
Vous préparez un bac + 4/5 en école d’ingénieur et justifiez d’une 1ère expérience dans l’industrie.
