Your work environment
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Treasury team part of theGroup Corporate Finance and Treasury department .
Group Treasury is aimed at managing:
the financing of AXA through capital markets across the capital structure the financial risks of AXA through hedging activities AXA equity instruments and related transactions the AXA Group credit facilities and the relationship with partner banksTo do so, the team is active in analyzing, structuring, and executing transactions on a wide range of markets/products: hybrid/senior debt issuances, credit facilities, commercial paper, bank facilities, interest rate & foreign exchange derivatives, AXA equity.
The incumbent is expected to contribute to the missions of the team with a focus on financing activities while being able and willing to develop his capabilities on other areas.The primary responsibilities of the incumbent will include contributing to the definition of an optimal financial structure / refinancing strategy for AXA, executing related capital markets transactions, structuring and negotiating credit facilities. Beyond this primary scope of activities, the incumbent will be expected to contribute to other areas within the remit of Group Treasury such as derivatives and AXA equity.
The incumbent will be expected to display a high level of autonomy, strong technical skills, an ability to recommend relevant solutions, exercising sound judgement in the escalation of potential issues.
Main activities
Analysis and monitoring of developments across capital markets and financial products Analysis of AXA Group requirements and objectives in relation to capital and financing (primarily) and FX/Interest Rate management Design and presentation of optimized financial solutions catering for AXA Group needs to relevant decision bodies for approval Structuring and negotiation: debt issuance, credit facilities, derivatives, AXA equity products, equity stakes disposals Design of frameworks and policies related to Group Treasury activities Lead Group Treasury projects in relation to financing and capitalVotre Profil
Experience
7-yr experience in finance with a least 3 years focusing on financing activitiesTechnical expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid technical skills notably on debt instruments Ability to assess and factor in legal/regulatory/accounting concepts Ability to assess regulatory/legal/accounting aspects Capacity to apprehend and include risk management and governance issues Fluency in English and FrenchSoft skills and competencies
Synthetic, with strong presentation skills Solid project management skills Ability to organize effectively when dealing with several topics at the same time while maintaining superior attention to quality Ability to present in a synthetic and clear way outcomes and recommendations Ability to successfully interact with senior management and other internal and external stakeholders Ability to mentor colleagues who are new to/less experienced in the fieldA propos d'AXA
