Title : P&B Operations Site Senior Controller FIRGRAS

Purpose/Mission:
The position of P&B Operations Site Senior Controller within the P&B Operations network is accountable for controlling activities for manufacturing site. Operations Site Senior Controller is responsible for operations financial performance, including long term strategic agenda, ensuring that financial targets of the Business Unit and Group are met. You will have a business partnering role, lead reporting and analysis activities for both sites. In this role, you will also be part of the site’s management team and have a strong link to the P&B globally within the P&B organization.

Your key responsibilities:
• Manage Ops value creation for FIRGRAS site, ensuring compliance of Operations Expenses, Cost per Kg, Inventory loss
• Work is close collaboration with siet on Ops Continuous Optimization program.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy of assumptions and Operations Metrics / EBITDA contribution to the Business unit.
• Lead Working Capital best practices through Inventory tight management against MoH Target and Drive CAPEX requirements.
• Drive and manage the budget and Revised Annual Forecast (RAF) Process 
• Act as a member of management team of the site and develop Finance Planning and Analysis culture and behaviour.

You bring: 
• Strong business and strategic acumen, demonstrating courage and conviction to drive change and to positively challenge and convey opinions at Executive meetings. Strategic vision, with strong analytical capabilities, priority setting and decision-making ability.
• Team player, hands-on. Effective and professional communication and organization skills. Capacity to produce and communicate a synthetic view. Self-motivated, resilient, capacity of anticipation. 
• Collaborating and influencing, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with strict deadlines and time schedules within a matrix reporting relationship.
• Master’s degree and 7 – 10 years relevant finance experience of Operations Plant Controlling for large affiliates 
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and other IT tools is a must (Webi, Spire Analysis, BO)
• Fluency in French and English are mandatory.
