Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, un groupe bancaire à Paris, un IT Project Manager - Scrum Master.
Intégré au sein du domaine Informatique Assurances, l’IT Project Manager – Scrum Master assure, au travers de ces 2 rôles de nature pilotage projet, à la fois :
- En tant que IT Project Manager: La coordination des équipes de développement informatique et le reporting vers les pilotes et experts métiers du projet, ainsi que la coordination des équipes Infrastructure /Service Management locales et globales impliquées dans le déploiement des services de production.
- En tant que Scrum Master: Le pilotage et l’animation des travaux de la Squad pluridisciplinaire (Métiers et IT), dans une organisation totalement Agile, et dans le respect de la méthode et des outils déjà mis en place
Le Project Manager assurera ces rôles :
- Il pilote un ou des projets informatiques et est en charge de la coordination des acteurs contribuant au(x) projet(s) qu’ils soient au sein de l’entité Software Delivery Assurances ou dans d’autres Directions, en garantissant les jalons et le respect du budget alloué au projet.
- Il est le représentant des équipes informatiques au sein du comité de pilotage du projet et en assure la communication vis-à-vis de la Direction Générale, des Directions Métiers, des pilotes métiers et du Software Delivery Assurances.
- Dans la gestion de son projet, il prend en compte les contraintes et dépendances liées à l’urbanisation et à l’exploitation du Système d’Information, en mettant à profit sa vision de l’ensemble des applications informatiques HSBC Assurances.
- Il contribue à la phase de pré-étude fonctionnelle avec les directions métiers en avant-projet, puis s’assure de la rédaction/validation des spécifications en liaison avec les Directions métiers en fonction des besoins qu’elles expriment.
- Il contribue aux phases et aux process de pré-étude et d’approbation avec les instances d’Architectures informatiques, d’infrastructures, de sécurité et de gestion de services.
- Il contribue à l’implémentation des services informatiques au sein des outils de référencement groupe.
- Il est le garant du budget alloué à chaque projet et remonte les alertes auprès des parties prenantes.
- Il s'assure du respect des normes et des standards du groupe HSBC ou des réglementations applicables (SOX…) tout au long de sa contribution au projet.
- Il pilote au quotidien les travaux de la Squad Agile ( Métiers et IT ), en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner ( Métier ), sur le ou les projets menés dans ce type d’organisation,
- Dans ce contexte, il assure la planification et l’animation des cérémonies Agile standards ( Daily meeting, Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review et Sprint Retrospective )
Profil recherché
- Possède idéalement 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions de pilotage des projets dont 3/4 ans passés dans un cabinet de conseil (Big Four ou grande SSII)
- Solide expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes, dans l'analyse des besoins métiers et dans l’implémentation de services informatiques avec des intervenants variés.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projet en organisation Agile (IT et Métiers) et avec application de la méthode Scrum.
- Expérience du pilotage et de l’animation des activités de la Squad projet travaillant par incréments itératifs ( sprints agiles ).
- La connaissance des outils, concepts, et applications de type Business Process Management serait fortement appréciée.
- La pratique de l’anglais « fluent » est indispensable (oral / écrit).
- Une connaissance du secteur de l’assurance de personnes serait fortement appréciée .
