Le bureau de Schroders en France a été ouvert en 2001. Fortes de 80 collaborateurs et d’expertises locales (financement d’infrastructures avec la société de gestion française Schroders Capital Management France et immobilier commercial et hôtelier avec Schroders Capital Real Estate), nos équipes proposent des solutions d’investissement à l’ensemble des clientèles françaises institutionnelles, entreprises, banques fédératives et mutualistes, banques privées, fonds de fonds, plateformes et conseillers en gestion de patrimoine indépendants.

Nous recherchons : un(e) Associate Investissement enthousiaste de rejoindre notre équipe d'investissement immobilier hôtelier à Paris.

Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de faire partie d'une équipe ayant une expérience solide de 20 ans sur le marché européen de l'investissement hôtelier. Avec plus de 110 acquisitions et plus d'une soixantaine de ventes à ce jour, l'équipe a une large exposition au marché européen et travaille avec la plupart des grandes chaînes hôtelières internationales (Marriott, Accor, Hyatt, Radisson…) .

Cette équipe a dépassé les attentes depuis plusieurs années dans l'industrie hôtelière grâce à sa connaissance parfaite du marché et à sa démarche entrepreneuriale.

A travers son fonds Schroders Capital European Operating Hotels l'équipe a notamment acquis en 2021 et 2022 le Grand Hotel Central Barcelona,le Sofitel The Grand Amsterdam (50%), le Hoxton Paris, le Hoxton Amsterdam et The Standard Ibiza.

Plus récemment, Schroders Capital a lancé d’autres stratégies et d’autres véhicules d’investissement, en mesure de profiter de toute opportunité d’acquisition à travers l’Europe. A ce jour, Schroders Capital détient et gère, à travers tous ses véhicules et pour le compte de ses clients, un portefeuille de 55 hôtels, représentant plus de 3,0 milliards d’euros d‘actifs sous gestion.

Ce dont vous serez en charge  :

En tant qu’Associate Investissement, et en collaboration avec le reste de l'équipe :

Origination/Création d’opportunités

·Participer à la recherche de transactions en développant votre réseau de courtiers et d'opérateurs ;

·Effectuer des études de marché, rédiger des notes et des présentations sur les transactions en Europe ;

·Créer et gérer des modèles financiers pour les transactions.

Exécution

·Assister l'équipe dans le processus de due diligence (commerciale, financière, fiscale, sociale, immobilière, assurance...) pendant l'exécution des acquisitions / cessions.

Autres

·Maintenir la base de données des transactions ;

·Préparer les présentations pour le comité d'investissement, les investisseurs et les banques ;

·Apporter un soutien à l'équipe de gestion d'actifs et à l'équipe financière dans des situations spécifiques (négociation de contrats de franchise, recapitalisation avec effet de levier, etc.) ;

·Fournir une assistance pour des analyses ponctuelles destinées aux investisseurs, aux banques et aux réunions internes.

Vous utiliserez votre expertise en fusions et acquisitions, services de transaction et/ou capital-investissement pour l'analyse des transactions et collaborerez aux acquisitions dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.

Les connaissances, l'expérience et les qualifications requises :

·Esprit entrepreneurial, grande ambition avec d'excellents résultats académiques ;

·Expérience préalable dans une société de capital-investissement, un département de fusions et acquisitions dans l'industrie hôtelière ou autre ;

·Intérêt pour le secteur de l'hôtellerie/hébergement ;

·Fortes compétences analytiques avec d'excellentes compétences spécifiques à la modélisation financière et à l'analyse du compte de résultats ;

·Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale avec une très bonne aptitude à travailler avec Word et PowerPoint ;

·Attention aux détails et pensée structurée.

·Résilience et compétences en résolution de problèmes ;

·Aisance relationnelle et capacité d'adaptation à une variété de collègues, de partenaires et de prestataires de services ;

·Excellentes compétences en anglais.

Les connaissances, l'expérience et les qualifications qui seront utiles

·1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie/hébergement ;

·Exposition au marché européen ;

·Maîtrise d'une autre langue européenne ;

·Apprécier de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide, et d’assumer des responsabilités.
