Job description:

As a member of the plant steering committee in charge of the " Safety, Quality, Environment and Energy Management System" process, you will be required to :

Manage and lead the site's Integrated Management System (IMS) as part of a continuous improvement approach. Act as the Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy reference, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards throughout the site. Maintain the company's ISO , , and certifications Assist COMILOG Dunkerque management in dealing with regulatory stakeholders: DREAL, Labor Inspectorate, CARSAT, SPPPI, etc.

Responsibilities :

Steering the SMI Monitor progress of action plans Carry out reporting : Internal SMI weekly and monthly For the ERAMET Group related to Safety (including care/accident declarations), Environment, and Energy Drafts reports for stakeholders: DREAL, GEREP, GIDAF, among others. Together with the Site Manager, defines, coordinates and evaluates the effectiveness of the annual QHSE policy, ensuring consistency with Management Review output and Group requirements. Conducts ISO certification and/or renewal procedures for the site Plan internal SMI audits, as well as SMI certification and/or renewal audits Participates in monitoring product quality and relations with the Sales Department Ensures compliance with the requirements of the Arrêté Préfectoral Ensures the Internal Response Plan (IRP) is updated and properly implemented. Monitors the CO2 monitoring plan Participates in drawing up and validating prevention plans Monitor waste in compliance with current regulations Participates in drawing up and monitoring departmental budgets Participates in the organization of the CHSCT Monitors regulations and standards in the areas that concern it COMILOG Dunkerque representative on Eramet's Competence Groups (ICG), in direct contact with representatives of other Manganese Alloys BU sites.

Your Profile:

Master's degree or equivalent in QSE or generalist in technical field(s) 1st experience in running a Management System 1st experience as an internal auditor Knowledge and practice of Management Systems tools Knowledge and mastery of emergency response techniques General knowledge of QSEE regulations and standards Sense of organization and method Entrepreneurial spirit People skills: active listening, empowerment and delegation, team support, calmness in tense situations. Know how to prioritize and communicate effectively Ability to negotiate with stakeholders English required
