FP&A Manager_SAC M/F

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main missions of the FP&A for BMO Stand Alone Company are:

Coordinates the overall monthly financial process performance and review (P&L, balance sheet and free cash flow) at SAC BMO level. Ensures that the CAPEX process is correctly applied at SAC level Reviews analysis with subsidiaries to consolidate and provide global analysis for BOR and Board meetings Leads the BMO budget process and prepares the SAC annual budget Prepares the BMO 5 year BP Publishes SAC financial standards Ensures compliance with Group accounting standards within BMO SAC

Through the following expected outcomes and indicators :

Management of the FP&A department to ensure efficiency and deliverables are provided on time Coordination of international affiliates/JV monthly closing and reporting for all vessels Produces BMO headoffice reportings and analysis (e.g. Board, rolling forecast, BOR, flash turnover and reconciliation) Deployment and maintaining regular KPI reportings (e.g. AR balances, IG balances, vessels profitability, affiliate PLBS review against budget, BMO PLBS against budget, specific focus on G&A etc.) Coordinating the budget process and produce data as required related to the all BMO fleet Review of FP&A closing analysis and adjust as necessary Provide specific support and tools to affiliates for them to monitor their KPIs and perform their closing Deploy FP&A guidelines to all BMO entities and implementation of documentation/tools Involvement on audit reviews as required Reviews files RCS and IRR from a financial construction perspective where DOA requires review at SAC/Corporate level.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

YOUR PROFILE

- Vous avez un Bac +3/4 en finance, et vous justifiez déjà d’une expérience de 5 ans sur une position similaire au sein du Département des services financiers en entreprise – en contexte international serait un plus.

- Must be comfortable with data and forecasting. Must be rigorous in managing topics in parallel to ensure cash circulation is up to our standards

- Should be able to coordinate different steering committees with various stakeholders (central and affiliates). Needs to be pro-active in finding solutions and escalate to the right level when needed

- Should have progressing skills in Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting. Should be able to provide information on how to achieve our cash objective and provide regular forecast on how to adjust

- Good knowledge of BI analysis (cubes, PowerBI...),Oracle, ANAPLAN, BI, Excel, of the Office package and dedicated tools

- Comfortable with complex modelling BP

- - You have a responsible profile, you know how to consider the stakes of the missions entrusted to you, you are rigorous and autonomous and you have excellent interpersonal skills

- You have a very good command of French and English
