Au sein de la Direction Technique, vous serez intégré au pôle IT Pricing. Vous évoluerez dans une équipe de développement dans un cadre fonctionnel alliant compétences IT, Data et conduite de projets.

L’équipe IT Pricing gère l’API de tarification des offres et services de Direct Assurance. Ces offres couvrent plusieurs produits (Auto/Habitation/Santé) accessibles via différents canaux (Web/Plateaux/Agrégateurs) et impliquent plusieurs partenariats.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Développer des services et des algorithmes de tarification en Python

Implémenter les fonctionnalités et les tests associés, en veillant à la qualité du code (maintenabilité, testabilité, sécurité)

Identifier, analyser et corriger les bugs et failles liées aux fonctionnalités et services du pricing

Rechercher et proposer des solutions pour répondre aux besoins métiers

Contribuer à la qualité des solutions, être exemplaire sur les bonnes pratiques de développement

Accompagner les actuaires / data scientists dans l'implémentation des modèles/mécaniques de tarification dans la plateforme de pricing

S'intégrer dans une forte culture CI/CD et approche de versionning git

Gérer les releases et les pipelines

Contribuer à la création et à la maintenance d’une documentation par produit de qualité


Votre Profil

Nous recherchons un profil …

De formation Bac+ 5 type école d’ingénieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire 

Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du langage Python

Vous appréciez évoluer dans un environnement changeant et agile

En outre, vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l’écoute, l’esprit d’équipe et avez un bon relationnel

Vous avez une expérience en développement logiciel, avec une forte appétence pour les sujets métiers assurantiels

Des connaissances ou notions sur les plateformes de Cloud notamment Azure DevOps serait un plus

Vous avez le réflexe de la veille technologique et de la proposition des nouvelles technologies dans les projets et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à comprendre les besoins business et à les traduire en solutions techniques sur les applicatifs IT

Vous êtes en mesure d’avoir une vision globale de l’architecture d’un système d’information et de participer à la gestion des projets en mode transverse.

Compte tenu de l’environnement international, un niveau d’anglais opérationnel est indispensable.

Le poste est basé à Suresnes (92) à proximité de la Défense.
