Stage basé à Clichy ()

Durée : mois

Début : Janvier

Missions :

Fusions & Acquisitions : 

• Recherches, consultation et participation à larédaction de la documentation se rattachant à des acquisitions 

• Adaptation des accords de confidentialité auxprojets en cours 

• Mise à jour des trames existantes 

• Participations aux audits (due diligences) 

• Rédaction des notifications diverses postacquisition 

• Revue et commentaires de la documentation de prisede participation 

BOLD - Fonds decapital-investissement : 

• Rédaction d’autorisation sociale des investissementsBOLD 

Licences : 

• Recherches 

• Synthèses et analyses de nos licences demarque 

• Participation à la rédaction de clausesspécifiques 

Droit des Sociétés : 

• Recherches 

• Participation à la rédaction de la documentationpour les sociétés du Groupe, notamment celles impactées par les Fusions &Acquisitions et les licences 

Participation à la revue de presse et Newsletter.

Compétences :

•approche à la fois analytique et synthétique 

• rigueur /aisance rédactionnelle

•curiosité/dynamisme 

•français/anglais courant

•unepremière expérience de stage en juridique M&A ou corporate serait appréciée

• lettre de motivation demandée
