Description du poste
Relevant du contremaître, vous accomplirez de façon autonome des travaux de manutention de matériaux, de nettoyage, d’emballage et autres activités élémentaires reliées au traitement des métaux et participerez, au besoin, à des travaux de réparation et d’entretien à la hauteur de vos compétences.
Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de :
Lire et interpréter des commandes. Identifier, à partir d’un bon de travail, le matériel nécessaire à la fabrication de pièces métalliques. Meuler, découper, poinçonner ou enlever le métal excédentaire sur les produits métallurgiques. Faire l’assemblage des ressorts. Transporter les matières premières et les produits finis. Utiliser des ponts roulants, des charriots élévateurs ou d’autres équipements de levage. Nettoyer les aires de travail et l’équipement.
Qualifications requises

Excellente aptitude au travail manuel Bonne forme physique Connaissance des systèmes impériaux et métriques Connaissance des instruments de mesures (ruban à mesurer, micromètre, vernier) un atout Excellente capacité d’apprentissage Habileté à travailler dans un environnement changeant Carte de cariste est un atout Poste de jour Salaire d’entrée .$ Ajout d’une prime de poste de 1.$/heure, suivant la formation qui durera entre 4 à 6 semaines. Salaire après un an de .$ + 0.$ soir + 1.$ prime de poste Uniformes fournies, bottes de sécurité et lunettes de sécurité ajustées fournies une fois par année, le tout après la période de probation de 6 mois. Des primes de présentiel et de production s’ajouteront selon la productivité de l’usine, après la période de probation de 6 mois. Régime de pension après la période de probation de 6 mois.
