Firmware Engineering Manager H/F/N

Vous rejoindrez la Business Unit Product l'équipe BareMetal qui a pour mission principale d'offrir à nos clients la capacité de louer des serveurs dédiés partout dans le monde afin de répondre à un maximum de leurs besoins et construire facilement leurs plateformes d'applications de demain, scalables et évolutives.Plus précisément, vous intégrerez l’équipe Hardware Engineering, en charge de la conception, de l’intégration, de la validation et de la gestion du cycle de vie du Hardware. Vous ferez preuve de leadership dans l'encadrement d'équipe. Vous participerez à la remise en cause de l'existant et l'amélioration des pratiques en interne.

Vos principales responsabilités

Manager notre équipe d’ingénieurs pour concevoir, déployer, maintenir, surveiller et faire évoluer nos infrastructures et nos outils pour l’automatisation du cycle-de-vie des serveurs Bare Metal en France et à l’International. Apporter une expertise technique forte, accompagnée des meilleures pratiques et lignes directrices autour du développement logiciel, des aspects de haute qualité, de haute performance et de livraison en continue. Apporter un esprit centré sur le client, assurer une vérification permanente entre notre stratégie technique et nos feuilles de route services et produits. Contribuer au développement et mener la conception des architectures haut-niveau, détaillées et leur gouvernance.

Constitué un réseau de partenaires internes pour mener à bien vos missions et serez reconnu comme référent sur votre sujet. Commencé à remettre en question l'existant et explorer ce qui doit évoluer pour mieux répondre aux besoins évolutifs de nos solutions et de nos clients. Pu apporter votre leadership technique aux équipes et les accompagner dans leur croissance.

Compétences requises :

Vous avez déjà exercé sur des sujets d'infrastructure Bare Metal. Vous possédez de solides connaissances techniques sur le développement et la validation (bas-niveau) d’architectures matérielles et logicielles. Vous avez déjà exercé dans l’accompagnement et le développement d’une équipe d’ingénierie de haut niveau.

Vous possédez des connaissances techniques sur les architectures Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), les infrastructures et les architectures réseaux.
