Company Overview

Position overview:

A great new position has opened to join our sales team as Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for all commercial and technical questions (including checking desired products for suitability and possible applications together with technology) Supporting new projects from the initial enquiry through to series production Processing administrative processes (correspondence, procurement and forwarding of samples, drawings, data sheets, supplier declarations, etc.) Preparation of quotations including individual price negotiations within the specified framework Offer tracking Supporting the specialist departments with complaints in commercial matters, creating credit notes and debits Evaluation of sales/turnover reports Determination of forecast data, budget in consultation with key account managers Working in international customer-specific portals (B2B)

Key skills and Qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree or formal commercial or technical training Professional experience in the automotive industry is desired Very good knowledge of English is required ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office skills would be an advantage Technical understanding, communication skills and the ability to work in a team round out your profile
