As a Senior Project Manager at Quantis you will: 

  • Develop credible, trusted relationships with senior client project contacts in various sectors 
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects including significant projects at key account level 
  • Advocate for project / scope / team in face of client demands 
  • Actively manage sales support with strategists on key account opportunities

  • You’re motivated to put your technical expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries. 
  • For 8+ years you’ve been sharpening your project management skills in a professional setting, ideally with some experience in the consulting and private sector.  
  • You have strong project management skills, and are able to organise workload, project streams and priorities to deliver in a timely manner. 
  • You have the capacity to listen to client needs to create and communicate creative and adapted solutions. 
  • You’re motivated for teamwork and able to integrate and work with a diverse team, including a range of scientific and creative profiles.  
  • You believe in the power of science and get excited about guiding companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy.  
  • You’re able to identify, design and deliver outstanding consulting and thought leadership projects, products and services.  
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • You communicate effectively in fluent English. French would be a plus. 
  • You have demonstrated the ability to coach, teach, and mentor others with your knowledge and skills, in an academic and/or corporate setting.
     

AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE: 

Manage and deliver client project work related to various sectors:  

  • Deliver and support sector projects with a strong focus on metrics-based methodological development 
  • Manage all aspects of client projects from project scoping to crafting solutions to developing high-standard, timely deliverables 
  • Build, develop and manage efficient and balanced consultant projects teams 
  • Proactively identify, communicate and autonomously resolve project risks 
  • Recognize and fill skill / knowledge gaps in project team, identify process or system improvements that could improve project team effectiveness 
  • Build and nurture optimal and trustful client and industry relationships, explaining standard Quantis offerings and their interdependencies to client team, stakeholders 

Support business development efforts: 

  • Develop and manage existing and new client relations across the various sectors 
  • Coordinate communications and marketing strategies and actions, including meeting prospects, writing proposals and presenting to potential clients 
  • Becoming a recognizable voice at key strategic events and in relevant media 
  • Proactively identify further sales opportunities at active clients 
  • Lead sales process for standard offerings at non-key accounts 
  • Provide reliable proposal review

  • Location: Hybrid Remote (offices in Paris, 75002)
  • Job type: Full-time or Part-time contract depending on preferences
  • Optimal start date: As soon as possible
  • Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches (US, Switzerland, Germany and Italy) via web-conferences
  • Ability to travel occasionally
