The Job

The Challenge

The company is excited to expand our reach by launching a Tiktok Shop specifically targeting the U.S. market. To make this vision a reality, we’re seeking a talented Tiktok Shop Marketer who can set-up and manage the Tiktok Shop. At the same time, drive engagement and sales through dynamic strategies and build meaningful partnerships with affiliates/influencers.


  • Establish and oversee the Tiktok Shop 
  • Develop content strategies that align with brand goals and audience preferences 
  • Create and manage engaging content, including videos and promotional posts.
  • Identify, collaborate with, and manage affiliates/influencers for compelling content.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with affiliates/influencers
  • Track and analyze affiliate/influencer campaign performance and ROI
  • Execute and manage Tiktok ad campaigns while monitoring trends and staying updated on Tiktok’s latest features.

The Profile

  • You have a strong portfolio in Tiktok content marketing 
  • You have a strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and advertising platform
  • You are proficient in TikTok analytics tools and reporting software
  • You have the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • You have an excellent communication and creative skills
  • You are young, driven, and with a strong grasp of Tiktok trends
  • You have an experience in running Tiktok ads (not required but definitely an advantage) 


Must - haves for this role: 

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in setting-up and managing TikTok Shop/pages specifically for the U.S. market
  • Proven background in affiliate/influencer management
  • Must be US-based and does not travel outside the country often
