Sederma est une société de 192 personnes, appartenant au Groupe Croda,spécialisée dans le développement, la fabrication et la commercialisation deprincipes actifs pour l’industrie cosmétique. Elaborés à partir de procédés àla pointe de l’innovation (Biotechnologies, Culture de cellules végétales,Chimie fine, Synthèse peptidique, Extraction végétale…) les produits Sedermasont distribués sur les 5 continents et sont utilisés par les plus grandesmarques de la cosmétique mondiale. Véritable partenaire de développement,Sederma participe à l’élaboration des succès cosmétiques de demain.
RESPONSABLE ADJOINT DE PRODUCTION H/F en CDI
Poste :
Rattaché(e) au responsable de la production ausein de la Direction Usine, vous aurez pour missions :
En procédé :
- Assurer les productions internes des produits du catalogue des ateliers de Fabrication et Biotechnologies ;
- Participer à l'amélioration des performances des procédés en place et à venir ;
- Optimiser les plannings de production ;
- Réaliser le reporting de l'activité de production.
Gestionde la qualité :
- Assurer la construction et le déploiement du plan qualité conjointement avec son responsable et le responsable qualité.
Management :
- Encadrer les équipes opérationnelles ;
- Maintenir la cohésion et la motivation de l'équipe ;
- Construire un plan d'action d'évolution en compétences de son équipe ;
- Réaliser les entretiens individuels et professionnels.
Gestiond’équipement :
- Veiller à la bonne application des procédures BPF et des normes en termes d’Hygiène Sécurité Environnement et assurer la sécurité de l’équipe ;
- Veiller à l'entretien des équipements de l'atelier, assurer leur bon état de fonctionnement conjointement avec le service de maintenance et être l’interlocuteur privilégié auprès des distributeurs / de fabricants (rédaction de mode opératoire, maintenance, accessoires, consommables...) ;
- Participer aux projets d'investissements à prévoir et faire des propositions ;
- Proposer des évolutions technologiques.

Profil recherché :
- De fo rmation BAC +3/4 en industrie, vous justifiez d’une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste de chef d’équipe dans le milieu cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire ;
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Fortes compétences en communication et en leadership , avec la capacité à motiver et à encadrer une équipe ;
- Bonne capacité d’ analyse et orienté(e) résultats ;
- Solides connaissances des normes appliquées dans un environnement exigeant ;
- Garant des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité ,
- Poste est en horaires 2x8 (roulement), du lundi au vendredi.
