LA MAISON POLENE

Fondée en 2016 par trois frères et sœurs, la maison française Polène crée une collection de maroquinerie qui allie minimalisme et exploration créative pour proposer des formes singulières et signatures obtenues par un savoir-faire artisanal d’excellence.

Le cuir, issu exclusivement de tanneries italiennes et espagnoles certifiées, est sculpté pour créer des formes organiques, plis, effets de drapés ou tressages.

La confection est confiée aux artisans d'Ubrique, ville d'Espagne spécialisée dans la maroquinerie haut-de-gamme qui accueille l’intégralité des métiers de production de Polène.

Depuis 2023, Polène développe un nouveau champ d’expression : le bijou. Des collections thématiques explorant la nature, des ondulations du vent aux textures de roche sculptées dans la matière.

L’ENVIRONNEMENT POLENE

En tant qu’Assistant Store Manager, vous accompagnez la Store Manager dans ses tâches quotidiennes et l’assistez dans le management de l’équipe et le développement des ventes. Vous êtes aussi impliqué dans la gestion opérationnelle de la boutique et contribuez au bon fonctionnement de celle-ci et de sa performance. Vous serez directement rattaché à la Store Manager.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :


1/Développement commercial

  • Assister la Store Manager dans la gestion proactive du chiffre d’affaires et dans la mise en place de plans d’actions ou de processus pour stimuler les ventes et améliorer le travail en équipe.
  • Contribuer à représenter l'excellence de la Maison Polène et de ses produits au sein d’une nouvelle boutique parisienne.
  • Offrir et garantir une expérience client d’excellence.
  • Participer à l'identification des opportunités de marché pour attirer de nouveaux clients
  • Être proactive et exemplaire dans la mise en place d’un CRM haut de gamme


2/ Gestion de la boutique

  • Communiquer et collaborer avec les équipes du siège sur les sujets opérationnels et stratégiques de la boutique afin de construire et maintenir l’excellence opérationnelle
  • Assister la gestion des stocks en boutique avec l’équipe de stockistes et chapeauter la bonne communication des besoins avec l’Approvisionneur.
  • Contribuer à optimiser les processus de prise en charge des clients dans le magasin, y compris les réparations, les garanties, les retours et les échanges, afin de maximiser l'efficacité et la satisfaction des clients


3/ Management d’équipe

  • Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif, positif et harmonieux qui véhicule l’ADN de la Maison Polène.
  • Identifier les besoins de formations de vos équipes et travailler en collaboration avec le Responsable excellence et formation Retail.
  • Optimiser la gestion des effectifs et des plannings pour couvrir l’ensemble des missions essentielles à l’activité commerciale.
  • Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs.
  • Contribuer à motiver les équipes autour de briefings quotidiens inspirants, challengeants et ludiques.


LES CLES POUR REUSSIR

  • Vous témoignez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans au sein d’une maison de luxe et d’un an minimum en poste de manager au sein d’un grand magasin. Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe et êtes un leader naturel, capable de motiver, de fédérer et d’inspirer vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous êtes doté de solides compétences en développement commercial, en gestion de la performance et en organisation.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais (la maîtrise d’une autre langue est un plus)
  • Vous maîtrisez le pack Office
