Reporting Factory is a worldwide project in charge of the global finance management tool that provides standardized and automated dashboards for performance reviews across all company levels (BU, CBU, Zone, Central teams incl. COMEX & CODI). We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team and tackle current and future challenges. This high-visibility project offers you the chance to help shape new working methods for Finance teams while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of AI.
YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This internship will take place in Paris (75009), in our superb HQ, as of month 2024.
As a member of Finance Reporting Factory team, you will provide crucial role in supporting both operational and project activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Dashboard Development: Create standardized finance dashboards using Power BI. User Support: Provide support to our global finance team community, serving over 1300 monthly users. Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders to accurately identify and document requirements. Urgent Request Management: Assist with urgent requests to ensure swift and efficient resolutions. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough tests on sprint deliveries to ensure quality and coordinate necessary corrections. E-Learning Leadership: manage e-learning contents, including creating training materials for Reporting Factory users and ensuring the latest training modules are integrated into our internal platform. AI Innovation: Work on AI topics by conducting tests on AI systems, improving our user guide chatbot, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technology.
About You
You are a champion:
Available from July for a duration of 6 months Who have a 4 to 5 years study level in Finance or Controlling Who demonstrated interest in systems and digitalization With strong analytical skills With good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent Prior experience with Power BI or other BI systems is a plusReady, set? Go, join our Team
