Transitions Optical is part of the EssilorLuxottica Group, a global leader providing solutions seen by professionals and consumers as the reference in correction, protection and prevention for visual health.
Within the Global Marketing team, you will be facing international challenges and support our regions and markets in their activations.
You will be part of the activation team with a main focus on Retail stores (stores owned by the Group) and support on collaboration projects with other in-house brands (eg. Ray-Ban).
The global environment also implies day-to-day exchanges with other global teams (product, communication) based in Paris or abroad (eg. Milan).
In collaboration with the Senior Brand Activation Manager (and other internal partners):
1/ Support the implementation of the annual brand activation calendar:
- Support in the definition of the Transitions brand Retail plan
- Ensure a premium execution of the 360° marketing plan by:
> Build briefs to Creative Hub or external agencies
> Follow-up and manage the projects as a project manager to meet the deadlines
> Liaise with the Transitions marketing regions to support the local implementation
- Monitoring: present a monthly review of inspiring marketing initiatives from other sectors.
2/ Support the execution of the Transitions collaborations:
- Support the definition and implementation of collaboration plans between Transitions and other EssilorLuxottica brands.
- Liaise with the other global brands teams (frames and lens / agencies / support functions) to ensure coordination and consistency.
3/ Support the business analysis:
- Help to monitor the impact of marketing plans by analyzing sales and growth per regions
- Help to prepare the monthly business review presentations and other key internal meetings
4/ Be the interface with regions:
- Coordinate the weekly (or bi-weekly) calls with regions and follow the next steps up
Profile :
You are currently preparing a Master's Degree (1st or 2nd year) in Marketing or Business Management and you are looking for a one or two years apprenticeship contract A previous internship or professional experience in marketing will be a strong asset Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack Fluent in English is essential, French will be a plus Excellent communication and writing skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personsIf in addition you're a positive person, curious and proactive, willing to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging company, send us your application We look forward to meeting you

Au sein de l'équipe Global Marketing, vous serez confronté-e à des défis internationaux et soutiendrez nos régions et nos marchés dans leurs activations.
Vous ferez partie de l'équipe activation et vous concentrerez principalement sur la partie retail (magasins appartenant au groupe) en soutenant les projets de collaboration avec d'autres marques internes (par exemple Ray-Ban).
L'environnement global implique également des échanges quotidiens avec d'autres équipes (produit, communication etc.) basées à Paris ou à l'étranger (ex. Milan).
En collaboration avec le Senior Brand Activation Manager (et d'autres partenaires internes), vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
1/ Soutenir la mise en œuvre du calendrier annuel d'activation de la marque :
- Soutenir la définition du plan de vente au détail de la marque Transitions
- Assurer une exécution de qualité du plan marketing 360° en :
> Créant des briefs pour le Creative Hub ou les agences externes
> En assurant le suivi et la gestion des projets en tant que chef de projet afin de respecter les échéances
> En assurant la liaison avec les régions marketing de Transitions pour soutenir la mise en œuvre locale.
- Assurer la liaison avec les régions de marketing de Transitions pour soutenir la mise en œuvre locale.
2/ Soutenir l'exécution des collaborations de Transitions :
- Soutenir la définition et la mise en œuvre de plans de collaboration entre Transitions et les autres marques d'EssilorLuxottica.
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes des autres marques mondiales (montures et verres / agences / fonctions support) pour garantir la coordination et la cohérence.
3/ Soutenir l'analyse commerciale :
- Aider à contrôler l'impact des plans marketing en analysant les ventes et la croissance par région.
- Aider à préparer les présentations mensuelles de l'activité et d'autres réunions internes clés.
4/ Assurer l'interface avec les régions :
- Coordonner les appels hebdomadaires (ou bihebdomadaires) avec les régions et suivre les étapes suivantes.
Profil :
Vous préparez actuellement un Master (1ère ou 2ème année) en Marketing ou Business Management et êtes à la recherche d'un contrat d'apprentissage d'un ou deux ans. Un stage ou une première expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du marketing est souhaitée Bonne connaissance du pack Microsoft Office Maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable (niveau C1 minimum), celle du français est un plus. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la rédaction qui vous permettront d'interagir avec un large éventail de personnes.
