En tant qu’Assistant Store Manager, vous encadrez une équipe de vente performante et ambitieuse. Vous assurez le développement de l'activité du point de vente, en appliquant la politique commerciale du groupe Puig et dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous êtes garant de la promotion de l'image de nos marques en faisant vivre leurs valeurs et leurs codes. En tant qu’expert de nos produits, vous proposez à vos clients une expérience unique, personnalisée et extraordinaire, conclue par de belles ventes et par la fidélisation de votre clientèle.
Ce que vous aurez à faire
Management:
• Etre le relai au quotidien du Business Manager, en encadrant l’équipe de vente (définition des plannings, définition des objectifs individuels, briefings quotidiens …);
• Développer l’esprit d’équipe et la motivation de vos conseillers de vente (challenges, missions transversales…);
• Coacher l’équipe de vente en identifiant les forces et points d’amélioration de chacun de vos collaborateurs, et mettre en place un plan d’actions pour les faire progresser et évoluer (coaching sur les techniques de vente, connaissance produits…);
• En tant que Manager, vous montrez l’exemple et maîtrisez le retail excellence et l’ensemble des process Puig et enseigne;
• S’assurer que l’ensemble de l’équipe respecte et applique les process du groupe;
• Créer et développer la relation avec ses interlocuteurs enseigne, afin de promouvoir notre groupe, et faciliter la transmission d’informations.
Vente:
• Maîtriser et mettre en application l’ensemble des techniques de vente, afin de montrer l’exemple à son équipe;
• Accueillir et répondre à toutes les sollicitations du client (informations produits, conseils d’utilisation, applications maquillage…) en adoptant une attitude positive et dynamique;
• Anticiper, répondre et dépasser les attentes du client en lui faisant vivre une expérience unique;
• Fidéliser la clientèle et développer le fichier client;
• Mettre en place des actions de clientéling pour développer les ventes;
• Assurer la tenue (propreté, merchandising attractif et cohérent…) du point de vente tout au long de la journée.
Pilotage:
• Réaliser le reporting des chiffres et faire des remontées terrain/concurrence en étant force de proposition auprès du Business Manager;
• Etre force de proposition auprès du Business Manager dans la construction et mise en place d’animations locales pour faire vivre son espace et atteindre ses objectifs Sell Out.
Back Office:
• Au quotidien, l’assistant store manager de stand devra gérer son niveau de stock en s’assurant d’avoir les bonnes quantités sur chaque référence vs le prévisionnel de ventes;
• Assurer le bon fonctionnement des process de caisse et garantir l’enregistrement des ventes dans les systèmes informatiques ( Caisse de l’enseigne et, Winparf et BA APP );
• Participer aux réassorts, anticiper les besoins en matériel.

De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez au minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans l’univers des Parfums & Cosmétiques et de la vente. La connaissance des Grands Magasins est un plus. Vous êtes organisé, proactif et aimez travailler en équipe. Vous parlez couramment anglais.Ce poste en CDI est à pourvoir à Paris au sein du Grand Magasin Le Bon Marché.
