Amazon Hub PARP (lockers et counters) est une solution de distribution alternative disponible pour les clients Amazon. En tant que responsable de comptes, vous serez responsable de la gestion de nos principaux partenaires dans divers secteurs tels que le commerce de détail, les centres commerciaux et les transports et contribuerez à offrir la meilleure expérience à nos client et partenaires.
En tant que Responsable de comptes, vous aurez la charge (i) de suivre les comptes existants et d’accompagner les nouveaux partenaires et (ii) de piloter la performance en lien avec des acteurs cross-fonctionnels internes et externes (juridique, communication, marketing, finance, tech..), (iii) d’optimiser les indicateurs relevant de la qualité, du marketing (acquisition et rétention), de la rentabilité, et iv) d'accompagner le lancement de nouveaux produits ou fonctionnalités. Vous devrez acquérir une très bonne connaissance de ces indicateurs et de ces projets et assurer un suivi exhaustif de vos comptes afin d'apporter le meilleur soutien à nos partenaires.
Qualifications de base :
- Un diplôme
- Expérience pertinente dans un rôle de gestionnaire de compte
- Expérience pertinente dans l'analyse de données pour influencer les décisions d'affaires
- Expérience pertinente de travail autonome pour accomplir les tâches
- Expérience pertinente dans la réalisation de projets dans le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité
- Expérience pertinente de communication avec une large gamme d'intervenants, y compris vos pairs et la direction
Qualifications préférées:
- Expérience pertinente en développement des affaires, connaissances de base en comptabilité et en finance
- Expérience pertinente de travail avec MS Excel dans un environnement professionnel
- Expérience pertinente en SQL et/ou Salesforce

- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in Business Development, basic accounting & financial knowledge- Relevant experience working with MS Excel in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in SQL, and/or Salesforce
