Main Missions :
Be the global Process Owner for the full equipment that include the Frame to Come, and the complete Job (Frame from Stock or Frame to Lens) Converge all entities to a corporate model to manage full equipment product in order-to-cash. Be the voice of Operations in projects impacting the process, representing information system’s users. Gather, validate and specify operational, business needs and requirements and integrate them into the digital Core Model roadmap Capitalize and adopt for the group the best-in-class methods for full equipment data management. Work on the distribution and adaptation of standards for the different business cases of the group. Write training documents, develop the necessary RACI to support change management. Manage end-to-end deployment projects in close collaboration with the IT, Operations and Business Departments.Description:
Coordinate the GPO community and alignment to gather the different stream requirements and be the single point of contact. Ensure the end-to-end Order to cash interfaces from Order Aquisition to Invoicing Organize the governance of the Process with Operations teams and stakeholders. Write the documentation related to the process and its improvement: process description, responsibilities, indicators, functional specifications. Plan, direct and coordinate activities related to the process and its improvement: description of existing situation, assessments needs, gap analysis, design/description of process and target activities (standards), Coordinate and manage the implementation of the target process, Supervise the validation of the process functional description ("BBP-Business Blue Print"). Analyze overall process performance (cycle time, costs, productivity, responsiveness), based on central and local indicators.Candidate Profile:
