Notre site de 400 collaborateurs rassemble des équipes de recherche et développement, des ateliers de production et des services support pour 2 domaines d’activités :

Machine Vision sensors (MVS) pour les capteurs d’images et caméras avec des applications spatiales, industrielles et médicales.

Semiconductors pour les microprocesseurs et convertisseurs de données rapides avec des applications aérospatiales et défense.

Présentation de l'équipe:

Au sein de notre division Semiconductors, une équipe d’une quarantaine de personnes conçoit et industrialise des produits de conversion de données pour différents marchés (industriel, militaire, spatial).

Je m’appelle Etienne, je suis responsable de l’équipe validation et engineering (17 personnes), qui a en charge de développer les boitiers des composants, caractériser, tester, industrialiser les composants et garantir la conformité des produits livrés.

Je recherche un ingénieur en physique et/ou électronique pour intégrer l’équipe de développement de boîtiers de composants électroniques.

Missions principales :

Concevoir et développer des boîtiers pour des convertisseurs et des microprocesseurs haute-fiabilité

Assurer le support des clients, de l’équipe design et de l’assemblage

Vos missions seront variées et vous permettront d’être à la fois dans la technique et en interfaces avec les équipes techniques :

Participer au développement des nouveaux produits avec les équipes de conception

Suivre l’état de l’art des boîtiers pour bien orienter les choix

Concevoir les boîtiers (dessin du substrat, modélisations thermique, thermomécanique, électromagnétique des signaux et des réseaux d’alimentation)

Suivre le développement des boîtiers (en interne ou en externe)

Suivre la qualification et l’analyse de défaillance

Assurer le support des clients et de l’assemblage de tous les boîtiers existants

Profil recherché:

Compétences techniques de base : Electronique (RF), Physique (thermique, thermomécanique), utilisation d’outils de routage et de simulation, anglais professionnel.

Seraient un plus : Connaissance du routage de lignes de transmission et de réseaux d’alimentation, des boitiers type CBGA, CCGA, BGA, SiP…, et de techniques d’assemblage de ces boîtiers. Connaissance des outils Cadence (APD, SiP, PowerDC, PowerSI, XtractIM),- Ansys (HFSS, SiWave), AutoCAD ou Comsol.

Savoir être : curiosité, gestion des priorités, esprit de synthèse, travail en équipe

Je recherche une personne avec une solide expérience en réalisation de routage de cartes électroniques ou de substrats de boîtiers.
