E-Business Project Leader
Antalis isseeking an e-Business Project Leader to join the Group Digital Businessteam.Reporting to the Digital Business Solution Manager, you willparticipate to theAntalis web platform solutions maintenance and evolutions on allaspects(Business animation and initiatives identification, requestformalization andfunctional design, project management and coordination in relation totechnical and businessteams, functional qualification,organization and follow up of business tests, go live preparation andfollowup, issues management, …).
In thisrole, you will collaborate closely with regional e-business andmarketing teams to support applicative landscape usage following bestpracticeguidelines and will be a key part to the e-business community animation.
MISSIONS :
Evolutivemaintenance & projects
Analyzebusiness requirements, assesses functional impacts on existing solutionandproduce detailed functional specification for expected changes Coordinatewith internal dev team for technical solution design, evaluation,technicaldocumentation and assessment Documentand support arbitration process if needed Supportdesign workshop preparation and animation when needed Deliverdetailed functional specifications Prepareand perform integration tests Prepareand support User acceptance tests on E-business solution Supportevolutions delivery through monthly releases Ensureproject management tasks (coordination, planning, committeespreparation andanimation, risk and issue escalation)
Correctivemaintenance
Participateto e-business team daily stand up meetings Receive,analyze and qualify incidents through Antalis Ticketing tools Allocatefurther technical analyze / resolution actions to internal dev team,ensurefollow up and support. Receivecorrection and unit test in Dev before release validation – feedbackandquality control with devs Ensurefull information of business teams through ticketing tool Prepareand perform integration tests before release delivery in pre-production Prepareand support User acceptance tests on E-business solution Supportmonthly release delivery process.
Businesssupport
Keygo to person for application related topics (on its field of expertize) Defineand propagate application usage guidelines and best practices. Executebusiness training related to Application usage when needed (train thetrainer) AnimateKey user community, Support central Business development teams andLocal teamsin action plan definition and follow up.

Functionalskills :
Experienceof implementing e-business projects in a BtoC and if possible BtoBenvironment.Knowledge of web sales flows Experiencein Sales functionalities: customer order taking, pricing and customersupplychain (= stock availability and final distribution) Knowledgeof data flows between systems (interfaces, web services)
Soft skills:
Excellentcommunication skills (anticipation, presentation, assertiveness)
Internationalmobility from time to time
OperationalBusiness English (written and spoken)
