Stage Project Manager

Contexte : Rattaché(e) directement à Naomi, Manager des Opérations, tu piloteras les projets de trainings auprès de nos clients, de la signature jusqu’au suivi post-training.
Objectif : Contribuer au maintien de l’excellence d’On train en pilotant les projets de formation pour maintenir un taux de satisfaction à 99%.
Vos missionsPiloter les projets de trainings DUO de A à Z, ce qui signifie :
- Créer une relation de confiance avec toutes les parties prenantes : le participant et le trainer sélectionné
- Organiser et planifier toutes les étapes, en collaboration étroite avec le participant
- Onboarder les trainers sur notre plateforme et les former à la méthodologie On train
- Onboarder les participants sur notre plateforme tech et communiquer sur le parcours de training à venir, pour créer une expérience d’apprentissage unique
- Être le point de contact privilégié et principal du client et du trainer, pour assurer l’excellence opérationnelle tout au long du parcours, et préserver un haut niveau de satisfaction
- Assister aux premières sessions de training, pour cadrer et le projet et assurer le suivi
Accompagner l’équipe Opérations dans la gestion des projets grands comptes :
- Améliorer les supports de formation à destination des participants
- Enrichir les programmes des trainings en intégrant des ressources liées au sujet de la formation
- Accompagner l’équipe sur le terrain pour co-animer des sessions de formation
- Tu as une expérience dans la gestion de projet, le conseil, la formation ou encore la relation client (stage compris)
- Tu es autonome, organisé(e) et rigoureux(se)
- Tu es à l’écoute, tu as un excellent relationnel et le sens du service client
- Tu as une expression écrite parfaite et tu es très à l’aise à l’oral
- Tu as une appétence pour le secteur de l’Edtech, de la formation ou de l’éducation en général
- Tu as envie de rejoindre un projet ambitieux, et participer à sa forte croissance
