Nous recrutons un(e) Finance – Project Portfolio Analyst / Investment Projects Analyst, au sein d’une équipe de 4 collaborateurs et sous la responsabilité du Head of Project Portfolio Management.
Vos principales missions :
Garantir la mise à disposition des données relatives aux investissements pour l’équipe PPM : Vous êtes au courant des dossiers et décisions des comités d’investissements et êtes responsable du suivi, monitoring et de la mise à jour du portefeuille de projets (coût, rentabilité, payback, VM incrémentale, planning, etc.). Vous êtes garant de la fiabilité des données auprès des communautés concernées (Finance, GBU, PLM, Operations, etc.). Vous tenez également à jour et développez les bases de données nécessaires à la mise à jour des indicateurs Finance (ROCE, IRR, etc.). Réaliser les clôtures CAPEX mensuelles du Groupe : production des livrables, réconciliation avec les départements associés (consolidation, trésorerie, etc.) Faire évoluer le suivi optimal du portefeuille et des reportings associés de façon continue (définition des besoins, automatisation de process d’alimentation) Responsable des outils de l’équipe PPM : A ce titre, vous tenez à jour la documentation PPM (procédures, directives, templates, etc.) et assurer la communication associée. En coordination avec la comptabilité, vous êtes l’interlocuteur de référence sur les sujets de capitalisation autour des projets d’investissement. Etudes et supports ponctuels et transverses liés aux activités des comités : participation au budget, revue de la composition des crédits et des listes PXB, point de contact privilégié de l’équipe pour toute demande faisant l’objet de données historiques, suivi de décisions, etc. Prise en charge d’une partie de la coordination et des présentations des projets en comités d’investissement Operations et Sustainability en lien avec le Project Portfolio Manager Operations et Sustainability qui gère l’ensemble de ce portefeuilleLe poste est basé à La Madeleine (Lille).
Des déplacements ponctuels dans les autres sites du Groupe sont à prévoir.
Ce que nous allons aimer chez vous ?
Vous êtes de formation supérieur en Finance/Commerce/Gestion/Comptabilité (Bac +2/+3) ou tout profil financier intéressé par les investissements
Vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 2-3 ans sur des postes similaires, de préférence en milieu industriel.
Vous avez une appétence pour les outils informatiques (bases de données). L’utilisation des outils SAP CO, outils de requête (BI, BW...) et autres outils bureautiques est nécessaire.
La maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral) est indispensable pour ce poste.
Vous êtes connu par votre leadership, votre esprit d’analyse, travail en équipe et autonomie.
