Nous recrutons un conseilleur de vente afin d'offrir à nos clients une expérience, authentique et personnalisée et d'atteindre nos objectifs de vente. En qualité de conseiller de vente, vous veillerez à ce que chaque client vive une expérience unique au travers de la qualité de votre accueil, votre conseil et votre service. Vous incarnerez et ferez découvrir l'identité de la marque à chaque client avec enthousiasme.
Vous contribuerez au déploiement de la stratégie commerciale de la marque sur votre point de vente en développant le chiffre d'affaires et en construisant une relation de travail collaborative et dynamique au sein de équipe. Vous participez à la gestion du stand/de la boutique et êtes le garant de l'identité visuelle de la marque sur le point de vente.
Rejoignez un groupe familial, leader sur le marché de la beauté, qui valorise l'esprit entrepreunarial, la prise d'initiatives et le développement de ses collaborateurs.
Qualifications
- Passion et première expérience en vente, idéalement dans la beauté
- Capacité à délivrer un service inspirant, authentique et personnalisé
- Capacité à faire vivre l'univers de la marque à vos clients
- Disponibilité compte tenu de l'amplitude horaire du point de vente
- Maitrise d'un logiciel de vente
