JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be in charge to support our main medical suppliers in order to monitor, improve and develop their quality and regulatory management.
Continuous improvement will be a key driver to support the strong and steady growth of our business
Scope of this position, will include the following responsibilities:
- Supplier audits and dedicated actions plan follow up
- Identify and fix quality and supply Chain issues with our OEM suppliers
- Develop and promote best practices of quality management
- Develop and support our main suppliers (quality management, supply chain organization..)
- Leading our process “OEM new products validation and modification”, including operational quality process
- Support quality controller in charge of Inbound Quality Control (IQC) in our Central DC, and lead mitigation quality actions (return flows, financial penalties, ….)
- Report Quality status, issues and main improvements and actions

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : Interaction with
- Instruments Sourcing Department, in charge of supplier you will have to deal with
- Marketing team, as part of new products introduction contribution
- Quality Department and Regulatory affair
- Instruments Supply Chain Department
- Instruments Logistic Department, hosting OEM IQC activities
- Instruments Central teams (Operation, R&D, Finances, Sales Admi, IT..

- Logistics Suppliers (3PL)
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
· Educational Background in Engineering or Quality Management (Master degree)
· At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally for Medical Devices
· Strong problem solving skills, result oriented, facilitator and very structured
· Capacity to analyze and integrate products features and impacts of tests or quality results
· Knowledge of Medical Devices Regulation appreciated
