Contexte :

Amélioration continue de la qualité du SI Gouvernance et animation de la qualité du SI

But

Accompagner le management global de la qualité SI Construire et maintenir des tableaux de bord Qualité SI Concevoir et améliorer les processus SI

Responsabilités et tâches :

Contribuer à la définition de tableaux de bord pour soutenir la gestion de la qualité Crée et gère des tableaux de bord de qualité du SI dans Power BI Participer aux routines réseau des gestionnaires d’incidents des systèmes d’information Contribuer à l’amélioration du processus de résolution des tickets Contribuer à la définition du processus de gestion des problèmes

Ce que nous recherchons :

Etudiant en première ou deuxième année de Master Autonome Rigoureux Déterminé Volonté de découvrir les processus du SI et le fonctionnement interne du SI Bonnes compétences en communication À l’aise avec le pack office (en particulier XL, PPT) Bonne connaissance de Power BI
