APEX Solution Owner

As Solution Owner, you are responsible for the sustainability and quality of the IT solution. You oversee the tech-related mandates of the squad and work closely with the product owner to define the product IT roadmap and its alignment with the business roadmap.
In particular, you are the technical warrant of consistency and integration of the solution with the IT landscape, you involve the relevant expertise in the architecture design phase when needed, you also liaise with others IT departments for tech opportunities and re-use
You are responsible of the service delivered to Business in BAU phase (both for corrective and evolution maintenance, but also support roll-out and projects when needed), in details, you :
Organize and assess Change Requests and their impacts on the solution Define and manage service, security, budget & performance KPIs Ensure systems availability and quality of service Ensure the good coordination of the Security / Technical / Compliance teams to manage any infrastructure need, manage relations with editors if neededYou will join the Tech & Data department (more than 200 employees across the globe) and will be able to grow and evolve in a global and very dynamic structure providing products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide.
The team works in agile mode in an international context (end-users all over the world, distributed delivery with an offshore partner in Morocco) and in co-construction mode with the business team for model development.
You work closely with the Product Owner in several ways, including:
Defining the product roadmap aligned with the business vision and the IT strategy Contributing to backlog definition, including effort and complexity of backlog requests to optimize the benefit/effort ratio Providing technical vision and direction of various solutionsYou oversee the tech related mandates of the squads, including:
Working with team/squad to ensure architectural consistency and proper integration of each solution into the broader SCOR IT landscape Gathering and suggesting improvements in the solution including (but not limited to) technical, security or efficiency gains Ensuring the squad is delivering features according to plan and SCOR standards & best practices (including IT General Control)You collaborate with the Organization, liaising with transversal Chapters and other crews to ensure the squad is aligned with SCOR guidances and global framework.
Experience
At least 8 years in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects in an industrialized and controlled environment Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software designTechnical Skills
Good academic track record in relevant fields (cloud technologies, computing, ...) or equivalent courses Strong knowledge of Data oriented applications (JAVA/Angular, Databricks, Tableau or equivalent), Python is a plus Understand/exposed to a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including AgileSoft skills
Used to working in a cross-cultural environment and business oriented Ability to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones Ability to work in a team and/or be an effective individual contributor. Fluent English skills (oral & written)Education
Master degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience-
