Job Description

Legal support for Sales Team of Europcar International, Europcar France and Ubeeqo France International partnerships (airlines companies, ..)

- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and and other
legal/contractual document for BtoB clients (Key accounts, SME) and
Media Partnership and Marketing Agreements
- Support legal negotiations on RFP
- Manage commercial litigations / requests
- Ensure a legal monitoring for the business

o Understand the strategic objectives and provide pro-active,
risk-based and focused legal advice to the commercial /
operational departments at HQ and France levels,
o Train operational and commercial departments on legal
framework and specific risks to activities
o Collaborate with the local legal lawyers on international
projects

Qualifications

3-4 years in a law firm and/or an international company
Master II of Private law (commercial law / economic law)

Languages : Fluent in English

Additional Information

- Experience of working in an international environment
- Willingness to develop internal client relationships
- Willingness to contribute to the development of the Legal
department’s processes and Policies for the Group
