What you'll do
We are looking for aSenior Software Engineer to join the Growth Team in the Business Performance Domain
As a Senior Software Engineer your mission will be to work on Doctolib's growth. You will be working in a feature team developing great user experience, referral programs, try-out sessions and clear value propositions.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patientsTake a leading role within the team and contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application.Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality featuresImproving the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Ruby on Rails, sometimes completely challenging the status quoTaking leadership on delivering roadmap items (together with the team)Contributing to establishing a technical vision and co-drive the creation of the roadmap for next quartersWho you are

You have at least 5+ years of software engineering experienceYou are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learnYou are a full stack developer with a good knowledge of both backend and frontend. Our stack is Javascript/Typescript and Ruby on Rails but any experience with similar frameworks is welcomed and valued. You have a good understanding of web technologies and software development life cycleYou have a “user first” mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code.You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing cultureYou are eager to share your knowledge and help the team grow by pair programming and mentoring.What we offer
